It took longer to arrive than I thought it would, which kind of set the tone for me. The item itself was fine, I guess, not terrible or anything, but also not something I was super excited about once I got it. Customer service did get back to me, so that’s a plus, but the replies felt a little slow. I don’t know, maybe I just expected a bit more overall. I might try ordering from somewhere else next time and see if the experience is better

I ordered from E-Nail and ended up needing to cancel, so I asked for a refund. Relief. The money did go back to my card, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to email them twice to follow up. Their customer service was fine, not rude or anything, just a bit slow to respond. i’m glad I got my money back in the end, but the whole refund process could definitely be smoother...

Everything looked legit to me at first, but I felt kind of ignored throughout the process. I expected a bit more communication or acknowledgment, so the experience left me feeling unsure.

These took me longer to put on than I thought they would. The nails looked decent once I finally got them on, but the application was kind of fiddly and I had to redo a few of them. Isn’t that always the way when you think something will be quick?

The gel does cure, but I definitely had to keep my nails under the lamp longer than I expected. Like, my thumbs were fine after a little extra time, but a couple of my fingers still felt slightly tacky, especially around the edges and near the cuticle area. I tried it once and some nails came out okay, while others needed another round under the light, kind of like when one cookie in the batch is done and the others still look a little soft. It’s not awful, and I wouldn’t say it’s unusable or anything, but it wasn’t as quick or as even as I was hoping. If you’re patient, it works, but don’t expect a super fast, perfect cure on the first try.
